Always on — the site can't work without these, so they're not something we ask consent for. This includes your login session, CSRF protection on forms, and your saved cookie-consent choice itself (cc_consent).

Analytics

Only set if you grant this category. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (which pages get visited, roughly how many people are using it) — this sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, served from Google's own domains.

Advertising

Only set if you grant this category. We use Google AdSense to show sponsored ads alongside listings — Google (and its advertising partners) may set cookies such as __gads and __gpi, served from Google's advertising domains, to personalize and measure the ads shown.

If you reject Analytics and Advertising, none of the cookies above are ever set — we simply don't load Google Analytics or AdSense for you at all.
