About paying on CarsMT
Do I pay anything when my car sells?
No. CarsMT takes no commission. Buyers contact you directly by phone, WhatsApp or message, and the sale is between you and them.
What happens when my ad expires?
Ads stay up for 60 days. You can renew an ad for free from My Listings, and if notifications are on we remind you a few days before it expires.
How does a featured ad work?
A featured ad gets a Featured badge and is shown ahead of other ads in its category for 7 or 30 days. It's a one-off payment, not a subscription, so it never renews on its own.
Do I need a card for the 3 months of Dealer Pro?
No. Dealer Pro is switched on for free for 3 months when you create your dealer page. When it ends you simply carry on with the free plan, unless you choose to upgrade.
What happens to my dealer page if I stop Pro?
It stays online on the free plan. Up to 10 of your ads stay live; any above that are hidden until you upgrade again or remove some.
Can I cancel Dealer Pro or Spotlight?
Yes, any time. Bought it on the website? Use the manage link our billing provider emailed you when you paid. Bought it in the Android app? Manage it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
