Deposit, excess and rules at SIXT

- Without a Collision Damage Waiver you are liable up to the full value of the car. With CDW or SCDW it drops to the amount shown on your rental agreement (not published in their terms).
- Debit card for the deposit
- Their terms refer to charging the credit card on the agreement; they don't mention debit cards.
- Taking the car to Gozo
- Their terms make you responsible for parking charges in Malta and Gozo, but don't say outright whether the car may go to Gozo.

- At least 21, with a valid licence. Their terms also rule out drivers convicted of a motoring offence in the previous 3 years.

- Full to full. Missing fuel is charged, plus an administration charge.
